All "Digital Actors" featured in the film must have a valid StarOS SBT (Soulbound Token). If you use an unauthorized likeness (Deepfake), the TEE audit node will automatically reject the submission.
Directors must submit the "Asset Hash List" used in generation (e.g., LoRA models, Music stems). All assets must be licensed via AIF or be Public Domain.
A submission fee of 10,000 AIF is required. This fee goes into the DAO pool to fund the "Audience Choice Award".
